*Duties*
* Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business goals to enhance customer engagement and retention. * Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CRM systems utilizing platforms like Pegasystems and integrating with various APIs and microservices architectures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, marketing, and systems engineering—to ensure seamless system architecture, data flow, and security protocols. * Manage system administration tasks for CRM platforms, ensuring optimal performance, load balancing, and security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and information security standards. * Lead the integration of CRM solutions with cloud services like AWS and Azure, utilizing container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for scalable deployment. * Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting to streamline updates and deployments. * Analyze customer data using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases to generate actionable insights for targeted campaigns. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by maintaining robust security measures across all systems involving RESTful APIs, REST interfaces, and system architecture best practices. * Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies while managing solution architecture that supports microservices-based applications within our IT infrastructure.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred in system design or architecture. * Proven experience managing CRM platforms such as Pegasystems or similar enterprise solutions. * Strong understanding of system architecture principles including service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and system design. * Extensive knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware ESXi), and container orchestration (Kubernetes). * Hands-on experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, T-SQL, PL/SQL; scripting skills in Bash or Shell Scripting are highly desirable. * Familiarity with database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus. * Deep understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, load balancing, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices. * Experience working within Agile development environments using tools like Jenkins for automation and Git for version control. * Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure to support scalable CRM solutions. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
