Working alongsidebrand,corporate and non-profit partnership managers toguide programs fromideationthrough toimpact reporting. Multi-Channel MarketingWeseeka creativecommunicatorwithstrong designand marketing skills. The Manager workscross- functionallytocreate and execute robust marketing plans thatdrive awareness and usage ofFirst Books products, resources, and opportunities. Designingcontent and campaign elements/assets for multi-channel campaigns (ex: email, digitaladcreative,andSMS using Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Developingand executingcommunicationplansto promotenew resourcesand initiatives through paidMetaand Googlead placement,organic social,content marketing, SMS campaigns, direct mail, email marketing, etc. Monitoringcampaign performance metrics, implementingadjustments accordingly, and creating reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience bothplanning and creating design assets for successfulmulti-channelmarketing and communicationscampaigns Excellentcopywriting andwritten communication skillswith asharp eye for detail Graphic design skills and visual creativity Strong project management skills Flexible and adaptable, motivated by a fast pace Works well at both thecampaignlevel (using data and creativity tocome up withinnovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (executing campaigns within marketing tools, analyzing impact, solving problems) A minimum of 4years of work experiencein communications or digital marketingrequired.
Experience managing performance-orientedpaid social media campaigns, such asMetaand/orGoogle Adsrequired. Experience with Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, or another similar email platformpreferred. Experiencewithexternalclient/partner relationship management preferred.
