JOB SUMMARY: Maggie Sottero Designs is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Brand Design team. This role serves as the voice of the brand —crafting compelling content, engaging consumers through email and SMS, and monitoring social conversations that shape the bridal landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand & Content Communications · Collaborate on seasonal messaging and campaign themes. · Write and edit consumer-facing content for web, email, and social. · Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels. Email, SMS & Audience Engagement · Plan and execute B2C email and SMS campaigns, including automated sequences. · Support lead-generation initiatives (pop-ups, quizzes, sign-ups) in partnership with SEO, web, and paid media teams. · Track performance and share insights to optimize engagement. Social Listening & Community Interaction · Monitor brand mentions and conversations across social platforms. · Identify trends, sentiment, and consumer questions to inform strategy. · Engage with followers on Instagram and TikTok to reinforce positive brand perception. · Collect user-generated content for marketing use. QUALIFICATIONS: · A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, creative writing, or a related field is strongly preferred. · 2 – 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or similar roles. · Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing versatility in tone, voice, and format, is strongly preferred. · Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite), email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo), CRM systems, and social listening tools is strongly preferred. · Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. · Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. · Experience working with a creative team (graphic designers, videographers, etc.) on marketing collateral SALARY: Full-Time Position. xywuqvp $25 - $32/hour based on experience.
