The Marketing Analyst reports to the CMO and works cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, support customer experience initiatives, execute digital marketing efforts, and collaborate with sales on enablement activities. This position will be critical to the measurement of customer satisfaction with the ability to own customer communication strategy. In this role you will: Manage the strategy and deployment of bi-annual NPS surveys across FreightWise customers and Kuebix users. Educate customers on products and services through newsletters, targeted content, and social media engagement. Research and develop written content, including blog posts, eBooks, and case studies and provide recommendations on upcoming content based on industry research. Manage and own the company's social media presence, including content planning and execution of the social calendar aligning with business roadmap and decisions. Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver sales collateral, tradeshow support, and campaigns. Contribute to day-to-day marketing activities while continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and best practices.
