About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Revenue Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the direct contribution of marketing to revenue growth. This is a high-accountability, pipeline-ownership position that demands a data-driven demand generation leader with a strong focus on pipeline metrics, sales alignment, and funnel economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for pipeline creation, funnel economics, demand channels, and sales alignment, with a clear mandate to own marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity. The role is not for a brand or creative marketing leader but for someone who is revenue-first in their mindset, disciplined, and a strong operator.
The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years' experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, a proven track record in owning pipeline KPIs, and deep experience in working alongside sales leadership. They should be adept at demand generation, marketing operations, and sales alignment, with a focus on ICP definition, lead scoring, and MQL-to-SQL conversion. The Head of Revenue Marketing will be evaluated on the volume and quality of sales-accepted pipeline, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and sales team satisfaction. The role requires a clear communicator, comfortable with the tension between marketing and sales, and capable of managing a team with a hands-on approach. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
