To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years specifically in leading performance marketing for consumer apps, eCommerce, or D2C brands. A proven track record in paid ad and UGC ad campaigns, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, is essential.
