This high-accountability leadership position is designed to establish a repeatable operating system across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle, and the ideal candidate will have a background that includes building and scaling growth systems, as well as the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Growth include owning and driving the creative engine, leading paid acquisition performance, and optimizing funnel and conversion. The role requires a leader who can think and act like an owner, with a strong focus on creative, media buying, funnel performance, and lifecycle. The candidate should have a deep understanding of paid media and creative, and be adept at making real-time decisions to scale, hold, or cut based on performance and business impact. They must also be skilled in aligning acquisition and lifecycle strategies, ensuring a cohesive customer experience from first click to repeat purchase, and be capable of leading a team while remaining hands-on in the execution of growth strategies.
