Position Overview We’re seeking an organized, data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Louisville team in person. Your primary mission: Develop and manage digital strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, recruiting visibility, and engagement across social media, email, SMS, websites, paid media, and events. You’ll be managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, regulated industry for the following brands: Lasting Mark Lasting Mark Retirement Group Secure Insurance Group Life Insurance Academy Medicare Sales Playbook
This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and plays a critical role in driving marketing efficiency and success.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all Lasting Mark brands Manage day-to-day social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing Establish best practices to grow brand presence, engagement, and audience reach Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital opportunities Analyze performance metrics and deliver regular reporting with insights and recommendations Support live event coverage on social media (recaps, testimonials, etc) Manage media intake & requests across all Lasting Mark brands
Email & SMS Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to support brand growth, lead generation, and engagement Manage and maintain the email/SMS marketing calendar across brands Utilize CRM platforms to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and improve campaign performance Optimize campaigns for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions Deliver regular performance reports with clear metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations
Website & Lead Funnel Optimization Optimize website pages, forms, and lead funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and brand visibility Collaborate on website updates, landing pages, and campaign-specific funnels Monitor website analytics and deliver regular performance reports and insights
Brand Awareness & Paid Media Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and promotional content Track and report on brand awareness and paid media performance
Events Marketing Support the promotion and marketing of company events, trainings, and campaigns Coordinate digital marketing efforts leading up to, during, and following events Track event-related leads and engagement metrics
Recruiting & Brand Visibility Increase brand awareness to support recruiting efforts Develop campaigns that attract qualified leads and potential recruits Support initiatives that position Lasting Mark and its brands as industry leaders
Cross-Team Collaboration Communicate clearly with marketing leaders across offices Support campaigns, initiatives, and special projects as needed Maintain brand consistency across all media outputs
Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of social media strategy, email/SMS marketing, SEO, and lead generation Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights/reports Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
