Our projects range from $30 million to $200 million , and our commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation has made us a leader in the industry. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met. What You’ll Do Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly. Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts. Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and laborers. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects ( minimum $30 million ). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. xsgimln Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
