You’ll lead creative campaign planning, manage our content calendar, coordinate social media and email execution, oversee photo and video production, and partner with our agency to drive our influencer strategy all while keeping the bigger brand picture in focus. This role is for someone who loves building brands, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and gets energized by turning ideas into real marketing that people experience in our stores, at their doorStarting salary for this role is $75,000- $90,000 annually depending on experienceWhat You’ll DoCampaign Planning & ExecutionLead integrated campaign planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, LTOs, and brand moments from brief through post-mortem.Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life across social, email, web, in-store, and the drive-thru experienceDevelop clear, insight-driven creative briefsEnsure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and on budgetContent Calendar & Channel ManagementOwn and manage the brand content calendar, aligning across all channels and internal stakeholdersOversee day-to-day social media post planning, copy direction, and scheduling while maintaining a consistent brand voice.Manage email campaign sends end-to-end, including briefing, review, scheduling, and performance trackingCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep content flowingPhotography & Video ProductionServe as the primary marketing point of contact for photo and video shoots, from pre-production planning and shot list development to on-set direction and asset deliveryPartner with Creative to ensure all visual content meets brand standards and campaign objectivesInfluencer ProgramDay-to-day management of Oberweis’s influencer marketing program in partnership with our agency partnerAlign influencer activations with campaign priorities, seasonal moments, and new product launchesReview content for brand alignment, track performance metrics, and provide reporting and recommendationsBrand Strategy & PlanningSupport the development and evolution of Oberweis’s brand strategy, positioning, and messagingBuild integrated brand and promotional calendars that bring exciting moments to life throughout the yearTranslate consumer insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable strategiesAssist in naming, positioning, and storytelling around new itemsCross-Functional CollaborationWork alongside Operations, Field Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsCoordinate with external agencies, production partners, and vendors as neededInsights, Performance & OptimizationAnalyze campaign results across social, email, and digital channels and share actionable insights to drive continuous improvementTrack and report on KPIs for brand, digital, and promotional performanceBrand StewardshipServe as a champion for the Oberweis brand voice, personality, and creative standards across every channel and touchpointHelp evolve brand guidelines and internal playbooks as the brand growsExperience & Expertise3-5 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, QSR/retail marketing, or CPG brand rolesProven experience supporting or leading brand strategy, campaign development, content programming, or product marketingHands-on experience managing social media content calendars, email campaigns, and content production workflowsStrong understanding of integrated marketing: digital, social, in-store, influencer, and brand activationExperience managing cross-functional projects and external agency relationships in fast-paced, high-growth environmentSkills & AttributesEqual parts strategic thinker and doerConsumer-obsessed with a genuine passion for uncovering insights that drive brand love and loyaltyA sharp eye for contentHighly collaborative, communicative, and energized by working across teamsOrganized, agile, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyHigh-energy, curious, and always looking for the next way to elevate the brandAdditional RequirementsExperience in QSR, beverage, retail, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle brands strongly preferredFamiliarity with social media scheduling tools, SMS and email platformsExperience with influencer platforms or agency-managed influencer programs a plusMust be in-office in North Aurora, Illinois
