This on-site role partners closely with project managers, clinicians, facilities, and biomedical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Day to day, the assistant project manager walks clinical spaces to identify existing medical equipment, understands how equipment is used in patient care, and confirms department specific requirements. Responsibilities include tracking equipment inventories, replacements, and relocations, coordinating with vendors on delivery and installation, and supporting equipment related timelines and documentation. The role requires comfort working in active hospital or clinic settings, communicating with clinical staff, and managing multiple equipment workstreams while supporting projects from early planning through final closeout.
