About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing for the CIS region to lead the development and implementation of tailored marketing strategies focused on user acquisition and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with local communities, influencers, and strategic partners, as well as driving both digital and in-person marketing campaigns. This role requires close monitoring of market trends, competitor strategies, and campaign metrics to ensure the continual refinement of marketing ROI. The Head of Marketing will also be expected to collaborate with global marketing, business development, and product teams to maintain consistent branding and goal alignment, and to manage and mentor a regional marketing team to meet KPIs and support long-term expansion plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. In-depth knowledge of the CIS digital asset market and its community landscape is essential, as is a strong network among CIS-based influencers, media, and crypto communities. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong grasp of data-led decision-making. Bilingual fluency in English and Russian is a must, and the candidate should be passionate about digital currencies and thrive in a high-performance environment.
