Digital Marketing Specialist The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable growth. This role will manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
The specialist will plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising efforts such as Google Ads and social media ads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals such as enrollment, fundraising, and outreach. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to support events, campaigns, and key initiatives.
This position will also oversee website content management by maintaining and updating pages through a content management system (CMS), ensuring content is accurate, user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and ADA-compliant. The role includes creating landing pages designed to increase conversions and improve overall user experience.
In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist will track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across digital platforms, providing regular insights and recommendations. Key performance indicators such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment will be monitored to continuously refine strategies.
The role also involves developing and editing digital content, including social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, and advertisements, while ensuring consistency with brand standards and collaborating with creative team members to produce high-quality content.
Bachelor's degree and experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material. 25+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience managing social media and paid ad campaigns. Experience with website CMS platforms. Strong understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools. Excellent writing and communication skills preferred.

Ideal applicants will be familiar with CRM systems and marketing automation tools and have experience using design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging and professional content.
