A client is seeking Creative Directors to support a diverse mix of clients, including B2B, entertainment, and CPG brands. This role involves working on projects that vary in scope and urgency, from fast-paced pitches and RFPs to extended creative assignments. The position is suited for a creative leader with strong skills in art direction, design, and storytelling who can quickly develop a unique perspective and maintain creative progress over time. Key responsibilities include leading creative concepting and storytelling for brand, experiential, and campaign-based projects, as well as developing creative directions, visual systems, and design frameworks. The role also involves contributing to and leading RFP responses, which includes creating concept decks and presentation materials. Collaboration is a crucial part of the role, as the Creative Director will partner with strategy, account, and production teams to ensure that the creative vision aligns with business objectives. Additionally, providing hands-on art direction and design oversight across all deliverables is essential. Candidates for this position should have a background in art direction, conceptual design, and creative leadership with experience in areas such as B2B, entertainment, sports, or CPG brands. A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and executed creative work is necessary. The position requires adaptability to varying brand categories, timelines, and project scopes. Candidates can work part-time or full-time depending on project needs, and senior-level candidates are expected to have experience leading teams and managing creative vision throughout the project lifecycle.
